Katie Johnson is the Director of Global Employee Relations at Black & Veatch. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of the employee relations function of the organization.

Katie provides oversight for the company-wide Employee Assistance program and develops policies, procedures, and programs to promote fair and equitable performance and best practices through development, inclusion, and communication.  Katie collaborates with business leaders to advise on and foster positive employee relations throughout the company by identifying, developing, and driving philosophies and programs to improve employee engagement in the workplace.
