Michel Lavallee received a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Université Laval (Québec) in 1998. He joined Hydro-Québec in 2010, after having worked in the pulp and paper and the gas industry as a manager or an engineer in the maintenance and project aspects. He has managed various expertise groups both in apparatus and automation. Since 2017, he helped put in place and manages the organization responsible for the substation and network digitalization solutions of protection, automation and control with OT, IT, Télécom and cybersecurity convergence.
