Bryan Friehauf is the Executive Vice President & General Manager for the Enterprise Software business within Hitachi ABB Power Grids. He has more than 30 years of experience leading technical services organizations within asset-intensive industries and has held various roles in companies representing stakeholder groups across this space. His deep domain knowledge spans the breadth of the power industry including generation, transmission, and distribution.
Prior to his current role, Bryan served as General Manager for GE’s Asset Management business (from 2011 to 2018) after holding a variety of senior management positions at the former Mincom software business that was acquired by ABB in 2011. He also worked as a business unit Chief Information Officer for Xcel Energy’s generation and energy markets.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, USA.
