Moshe Toledano is currently the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and director of cybersecurity for Hydro Quebec. Moshe has been passionate about Cyber Security for over 20 years. During the last 7 years, Moshe was CISO of Bombardier and Domtar. Previously, Moshe spent 13 years as a Cyber Security consultant with Deloitte where he led several cybersecurity practices and advised clients across multiple industries. Moshe holds a master’s in business administration from Concordia University.
