Mr. Rashaad Sader is the Vice President od Digital Transformation where he leads the Group wide digital transformation initiatives. He is a former Project Director, with a Master’s Degree in Robotics and Automation, and over two decades of experience in executing oil and gas projects for Halliburton, Westinghouse, Bechtel, AMEC, and SNC-Lavalin in the U.S., Africa and Canada. As a Project Director for SNC-Lavalin, Rashaad has a history of transforming underperforming teams, acting as a change agent within the business, and developing internal strategies.
